C L Design Studios LLC was established in 2002 as a design/build studio specializing in ownership and restoration/preservation of vintage residential buildings. Design Services include: design-build construction, architecture, interior design - "roomscapes" and landscape design. Professional Services include: building acquisition and property management.

CLDS provides functional services that blend the past with the present and cultivate clients’ vision for tomorrow’s built environment. With a mission to contribute to a personal lifestyle expression of spatial environments, a unified vision is created for each project designed and collections curated. Spatial installations provide a lasting backdrop of artistically crafted “ROOMSCAPES” against one-of-a-kind curated collectibles that connect with an earlier time and evoke a lifestyle for modern-day living.
